I have been a motorsport enthusiast from a young age and have always had a love for cars, I am eager to contribute to a team and gain extremely important experience throughout. I have obtained a Masters degree in Aerospace Engineering with Private Pilot Instruction at the University of Sheffield. My course had a strong focus on aerodynamics and material properties. Through various projects I have been a part of, such as drone and VTOL plane construction and design, I have developed a solid foundation of engineering principles and practical experience that I would like to keep developing through valuable industry insights. I have developed strong technical skills through my course, where I’ve had hands-on experience using AutoCAD software, ANSYS workbench and finite element analysis, which involved me analysing the effects of a weight pulling a component and modelling the strain values along each axis and comparing this to the real life experiment.I have also developed great teamwork skills throughout the various group projects I have been involved in throughout my course, such as global engineering challenges and drone building projects where each member was given a different lead within the project and we all had to work together. These projects have involved many areas of problem solving and complex challenges, which have helped me develop an analytical mindset, which will be valuable to any team I shall be a part of.
