As a Senior Relationship Director for D&B's Global Alliances & Partnerships I am responsible for identifying, developing, managing and closing D&B product and service revenue through assigned accounts and new business development initiatives. Through a network of value added resellers, strategic business partners, global integrators, and consulting services organizations I position D&B capabilities in Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance Solutions,and complex analytics and align them to strategic client requirements with special focus on the financial services and capital markets sectors. Within these sectors I focus D&B capabilities to solve for use cases supporting complex Entity Data Management, Risk and Regulatory Compliance, Alpha Generation, Analytics, and Research requirements across global enterprises.

Responsible for new product development and direct prospect and customer engagements that are focused on satisfying two distinct market segments: Enterprise risk and compliance regulatory requirements. Extensive compliance product experience in enterprise risk aggregation, commercial customer identify verification, and security master activities required by existing financial industry regulations.

Direct leadership responsibility for a team of approximately 100 D&B associates; the focus of which was to ensure our information products and services delivery best in class performance for our clients. I was responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of all processes associated with the collection, maintenance, and governance for all of D&B North American information. Worked closely with our product segment and sales leadership; and also had direct engagements with D&B strategic client relationships. Led efforts to evaluate emerging technologies and content sources to ensure D&B information standards were best in class.

Responsible for the creation of new information products and services for D&B's global client base. This included the ideation of product concepts based on client business needs and emerging market trends. Worked directly with D&B's information technology, information collection, and product segment leaders from concept to implementation. Led a team of associates who supported these efforts and was directly responsible for their career development and growth.

Developed and implemented comprehensive information collection, management, and governance standards driving D&B's global information collection activities in support of their products and services. This included the review of existing process in order to drive better efficiencies, while developing new processes leveraging new technologies.

This position involved the collection and integration of third-party data associated with the evaluation and analysis if a company's credit risk. Actively drove the acquisition of third-party data sources and helped to develop process flows to ensure effective integration into D&B's global databases.

Through business research and information collection activities I was responsible for developing profiles on companies in order to assign their credit risk worthiness. This included the in-depth review of their fundamental business information, business operations, and their financial stability.
