As a Solutions Engineer at Hillsborough County, I have over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, network analysis, and operations management. I am a Certified Public Manager (CPM) and a Certified Supervisory Manager (CSM) who applies people, process, and technology to improve organizational performance.I partner with business liaisons and technical teams to understand and define system goals and technical system requirements. I develop and engineer solutions consistent with information systems architecture, using established technology standards to develop multi-platform hardware/software solutions, based on customer requirements. I also ensure that the design and application implementation meets security and quality assurance standards.
