In this role I lead a team of Inspector General (IG) personnel managing a diverse array of complaints from civilian, Air Force, Army, Navy EOD school, retirees, and dependents. I ensure prompt and accurate analysis of concerns, directing investigations as necessary, and collaborate closely with key wing offices including EEO, OSI, SFS, PA, and integrated.

• Provides training to wing Senior Leadership to Detects Fraud Waste and Abuse and promote economy, efficiency, and integrity within the wing.
• Conducts, evaluations, investigations and special reviews of all wing personnel. Creates and manages all inspections and exercises within Inspector General Evaluation Management System (IGEMS)
• Principle advisor to Senior leaders for negative Personnel Issues/morale trends and highlights continual process improvement areas

• Directed multiple aircraft maintenance incident investigations identified root cause, recommended process improvements to key decision makers.
• Utilized Access database to track all inspections and trending data and Microsoft utilities to managed all personnel performance reports and personal/professional feedback.
• Provided oversight and customer training for submitting all wing action requests. coordinated with appropriate agencies to ensure timely aircraft fixes.
• Performed trending analysis on maintenance issues, produced technical cross tell reports for Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps F-35 units.

• Plans, schedules, and executes daily flying operations for 23 F-22 at Elmendorf AFB and 26 F-35s at Eglin AFB.
• Certified aircraft for flight after heavy maintenance and is the technical expert on all repairs in systems such as: Electronic, integrated avionics, engine, pneudraulic, power generation, and airframe systems.

• Wing Weight and Balance manager, Utilized Automated Weight and Balance System (AWBS) to manage 22 F-22s, and 48 F-15s.
• Served as wing IMIS maintenance Template manager and approving official for all F-22 TODCRs.
• Attended multiple engineering conferences for development of F-22 systems software.
• Conducted inspections on all F-15/F-22 crew chief, avionics, and weapons maintenance tasks assuring compliance with standard operation procedures.
• Augmented MAJCOM Inspector General on three separate occasions. Named to conduct initial ACC F-22 Operational Readiness exercise, creating original inspection criteria.
