As a Benefit Program Associate at Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development (MDHEWD), I apply my Six Sigma and Operational Excellence skills to support the administration and implementation of various benefit programs for students, veterans, and workforce clients. I have two certifications in Six Sigma Foundations and Operational Excellence Foundations from LinkedIn, and a White Belt in Show Me Excellence from the State of Missouri. I have been working in this role since July 2023, and I have contributed to improving the efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction of the benefit programs. I am passionate about helping people access higher education and career opportunities, and I strive to uphold the values and goals of MDHEWD. I have also gained experience in Lean Six Sigma, data analysis, and process improvement from my previous roles in different organizations. I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices, and to collaborate with diverse and talented teams.
