My position as Internal Sales Coordinator allowed me to carry out the following tasks. - Using Media Pro Digitex system, including Booking, Reports and Traffic to directly support the sales team.- Solely responsible for booking and maintaining campaigns on nine TV Stations- Recording financial positions with campaigns and channels- Delivering Transmission Schedules to Media Agencies- Reporting to Channels which campaigns are running through the month- Carrying out statistical analysis on Excel to predict and review the performance of our BARB measured Channel- Delivering weekly reports on television ratings, and agency spends- Producing and amending Running Orders within a fixed close down deadline using the Digitex- Media - Pro system - Manually creating break patterns for a selection of represented Television Stations.- Maintaining and building strong working relationships with international and national based channels and media agencies- Training new employees within the administration department. - Development and improvement of administration processes which reflected in the efficiency and progress of the company. - Taking on the duties of TV Airtime Traffic Coordinator when necessary. - Co-ordinating all sales within Exodus Media Sales

This experience between semesters gave me the opportunity to represent the world class brand, Sky TV (BskyB).- Direct Sales- Maintain a positive sales attitude at all time- Target specific areas around the Midlands and ensure to leave customer satisfaction whilst directly selling Sky TV, Phone, and Broadband.
