- Key Responsibilies:Joined CA-CIB sales team in 2012 to setup the credit distribution within the Gulf. Covering all the GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE- Strategy and Business Planning: Marketing cash bonds, Money Market, Private Placement, CLNs, Repo…- Cross-selling: Being responsible of the credit distribution, cross selling became one of our main focus. All credits sold (ex-USD or EUR) have been proposed with either IRS or XCCY in order to offer a tailor made investment to our client.- Business Development: In order to trade credit (DVP), KYCs and Credit lines have been setup in 2 years with many counterparties. Not only mandatory to have trading activities with clients, signing ISDA and CSA allows us to propose a larger range of products.- Management, reporting and Control:This activity has been developed from scratch in 2012. In less than 24 months it became a highly profitable one. This success is the reward from hard working and trust offered by the top management.

Focus and expertise extend over the MENA fixed income market, which includes both conventional and Shariah compliant debt (investment grade, sub investment grade and distressed debt), and CDS on GCC countries & major local companies. - Key role in a rising market. GCC market is a fast growing market (+10% per year since 2000) which is still very illiquid, offering sales force an even more important role. - Providing access to the Grey market before public allocation (for new issues).Privileged interaction with major Local & European counterparts. - Covering more than 25 counterparties on a daily basis, mainly investment banks (treasury, trading and prop trading desk) and asset managers. - Identification of clients’ profiles / needs to provide them the best service/execution. Regular updates on prices to facilitate clients’ NAV via credits screens. - Daily analysis on market environment, and views on Fixed Income and FX (GCC currencies).
