Key thought leader topics included Fixed Mobile Convergence, 5G, IoT, Mobile Video, Prosumer, Next Gen Collaboration, Network as a Service and Big Data. Had developed industry leading white papers across these topics, based on deep research and analysis, which was then applied to deep customer consulting engagements that often led to innovative technology pilots utilizing Cisco's technical depth.

Had P&L responsibility and product ownership for $300M SaaS business unit. My team developed solution requirements and oversaw product management functions, as well as, aligned with marketing and sales to launch hosted business solutions for mobile service providers.Key accomplishments included developing the corporate globalization strategy, transitioning the company from product to solution selling, negotiating M&A, launching new Fraud, Prepaid and Messaging services, as well as, expanding our network globally.

I came thru a leadership development program with GTE at the time and rotated thru product management, sales and marketing functions across several business units until I finally landed as an account manager selling data networking equipment to government accounts.
