More than twenty five of experience in contract / subcontract administration. Experience in contracts management, procurement, estimating, cost engineering, and project controls in both private and governmental sectors. Business sectors include Power, Base Load and Peaker, Refinery & Chemical process plants, nuclear facility decontamination and demolition, natural gas pipelines, and compressor stations. Successful management of all types of contracting methods to control risk and assure performance by contractors. Developed Master Contract forms, for use by department for services and major materials. Contracts included Construction Services, Technical Services, Major Equipment / Materials Purchase. Negotiated and awarded all styles of contracts EPC, EP, EPCm and EPCi on a Lump Sum and various types of reimbursable approaches. Managed claims for incremental compensation by contractors and claims to subcontractors and owners. Hands on technical knowledge and ability to mentor and manage functional support and enlist support for other functions to assist the contracting needs.
