The Chelsea Hotel is a place where you will be taught in every aspect of a hotel. It is a small family like property where you won't be asked to help out a colleague, but want to help. It is a great place that will have me prepared for anything this industry has to throw at me. Most of my responsibilities are: In charge of safety of the hotel while maintaining an environment that is enjoyable for all of our guests.Conducting accurate staffing,payroll for all of Security, as well as our Guest Attendants.Surveillance of the entire property to ensure safety as well as securing us from negligence. Staffing for both of our bars, and our night club.Maintaining a safe environment for all parties in the pools or club.Counting banks,tip-outs,count downs for all employees on property.Damage claim to all property including vehicles investigations.Conducts write-up as well as termination for various breaches of rules and regulations.Capable of checking guests in or out of the hotel.Understanding what the "Moment of Truth" is in hospitality and making sure all of our guests receive the best possible stay.
