Tresca Design is a consultant engineering firm that offers design and prototyping services, along with turnkey manufacturing and operations management. As a solutions engineer, I was involved in technical communication between our team of engineers and customers. Requiring knowledge of industry, science, and engineering to develop feasible solutions that fit both our clients needs and metrics. Completing research, lab testing, and engineering design I produced viable solutions for customers experiencing equipment overheating in the automotive industry. Leading the analysis of data, I furthermore identified inefficiencies in operation methods and systems for automobile diagnostics, for which I developed solutions. With Tresca growing its manufacturing department, I managed a distribution network, handling and shipping large quantities of merchandise weekly. Using lean manufacturing technique, I designed a new system and method of operation, creating the ability to increase volume and speed of distribution.
