• Own and manage a book of business of SaaS customers utilizing Arctic Wolf’s Security Operations Cloud solutions. Responsible for the post-sale customer experience, SaaS subscription renewals, and revenue expansion• Partner with Security Services and Sales Engineering to deliver best in class services that “Protect and Delight” our customers• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing, consultative engagements that drive cybersecurity outcomes and business value

• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product as a member of the newly formed Customer Expansion team • Champion our Product Innovation Roadmap to drive incremental subscription revenue• Engage stakeholders to ensure business value through investment with Alida and secure SaaS renewals

• Collaborate with sales to drive revenue growth and expand footprint• Engage Senior Stakeholders to increase business value through Alida CXM & Insights platform• Champion new product features and product roadmap innovation• Map customer organizations and technology ecosystems to build stronger relationships• Other core duties outlined below

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

• Own and manage a BoB of enterprise SaaS customers• Coach customers on best practices to maximize ROI from our platform• Increase customer adoption through consultative approach and demonstrate new features• Identify and mitigate customer churn risk• Partner with Professional Services during implementation to manage post-sale process and ensure smooth on-boarding

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

• Increase revenue retention by maximizing SaaS customer renewals• Lead generation on targeted campaigns• Prospect, pitch, and close new and existing customers on our Mobile (iOS and Android native) CMS platform

• Lead the recruiting efforts for all open positions globally for a SaaS provider• Act as a liaison between HR, Executive team, and Management• Maintain and manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers and vendors • Assist in the selection process including pre-screening resumes and candidates; participating as part of interview team as needed; advising managers on interview process, negotiation, and selection • Data reporting on hires and pipeline activity
