I have extensive knowledge and skills in Manufacturing, Fabrication, Assembly, Factory Management, Project Management, Facilities and Customer/Supplier Relationships. I have developed and lead many diverse teams both domestically and internationally to support Quality and Delivery requirements. Working with support organizations throughout the global market I have promoted and implemented various new technology initiatives, as well as job related training processes. These and other Lean+ and Six Sigma activities have enabled me to improve quality, implement cost reduction and support BCA Supplier Management to achieve their business goals and objectives.
