Supported the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Clinical and Transformational Operations Management Support (CATBOMS) Division. Served as Team Lead for the Overarching Integrated Product Team (OIPT) and Readiness Integrated Product Team (RIPT) Working Groups. Oversaw the day to day operations of 10 medical and 5 dental departments. Ensured that each clinic fully complied with all Joint Commission requirements while maintaining the highest patient satisfaction in the National Capital Region. During a period of difficult transition of leadership led the command through a successful Joint Commission Inspection, with zero findings.Senior Enlisted Leader, Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), BethesdaSenior Executive Manager for the two largest Hospital Directorates, comprising of 45 medical specialties, 2,800 personnel and a $92M operating budget that rendered world-class healthcare to more than 500,000 beneficiaries annually. Held several integral roles, including Senior Enlisted Manager to the Commander (CEO) for WRNMMC and member of the corporate Board of Directors for a $728M healthcare organization with a staff of over 7,000 personnel. Managed $75M comprehensive Operating Room (OR) renovation project, which added six additional ORs without service interruption and increased overall OR productivity by 33%.

United States Navy, Command Master Chief, Naval Medical Logistics Command, Fort Detrick, MDServed as Senior Executive Manager for 4 organizations in the United States and Germany, responsible for the daily supervision of more than 490 personnel. Key advisor to the Commanding Officer (CEO) on all enlisted matters and a pivotal member of the corporate Board of Directors for a $622M medical logistics organization. Assisted with the operations of $15M worth of contracts in initial outfitting and sustainment materials for a Level III hospital in Afghanistan. Oversaw and managed the renovation project of Navy Optical Lab, increased prescription glasses output from 1,200 to 2,000 pairs weekly.

Oversaw the training and development of more 27,000 healthcare professionals within 42 different specialties. Key member and U. S. Senior Executive Leader for more than 350 Navy personnel assigned to the International Zone (IZ), Baghdad. Conceptualized and coordinated the setup of medical and non-medical equipment and supplies, amounting to $6M, at 7 Level I and II medical clinics. Provided expert direction in start-up operation, from ground up, for 4 Level I and II medical clinics that generated more than $14M in medical supplies supporting more than 50,000 Iraqi security forces throughout Iraq. Key advisor to the Ministry of Interior Health Affairs, effectively oversaw a $200M budget.

Led and supervised over 700 personnel from 36 healthcare facilities into 12 functioning departments while commanding the on-load of $1.2M of supplies within three days of activation supporting Joint Task Force Katrina. Deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, overseeing the medical treatment of more than 600 personnel in a 3 month period while underway. Independently maintained an inventory of medical and dental materials. As the Director for Training and Administration, revised and developed over 75 Navy Medicine Instructions, 10 Navy Medical Training Instructions, several policies and procedures adhering to all Joint Commission requirements. Coordinated the maintenance and repair/disposal of all medical and dental materials.
