Formed a team which produced the first HEDIS reports, the first physician and hospital economic profiling, the first episode-based pricing, and other firsts at a health plan transforming itself from a traditional Blue Cross Blue Shield insurer to a managed care company. Introduced predictive modeling to the company, arranged training for associates in modeling methods, and helped produce the first complex care management predictive models.
