• Conduct thermal analysis on a Micro-Satellite’s Structures and create thermal models for the entire satellite using Thermal Desktop. • Currently working on a thermal model for the entirety of the exterior structures (Solar Panels, Isogrid, and Honeycomb) by progressively increasing the number of thermal nodes on the Thermal Desktop Model to increase precision.

• Experimented with the adhesive used for gluing transformer core stacks. Tested the strength and cure times of varying adhesives. This resulted in the discovery of an adhesive that would cut wasted time waiting for glue to dry by 70% if applied. • Created Process Flow Maps for every facet of the manufacturing process which will be used to train new employees and serve as a guide for all employees regarding the manufacturing order. • Designed new parts used for machine maintenance and to benefit employee quality of life.
