My duties in this role were focused more on being a leader for my teammates around me. Having someone they can approach for advice, and knowledge in the everyday work area. Was expected to have a complete, and thorough understanding of the area, and the day-to-day manufacturing, and filling processes. Trained my colleagues on new tasks through OJTs (On the Job Trainings) and supervised them performing the tasks daily until mastery. Performed the duties of our team lead upon their absence. Was always available to help the lead perform any of their tasks they needed help with. Successfully managed to lead team during manufacturing and filling of media in the absence of the supervisor, and lead from 12/2022 – 01/2023. Gathered unavailable components in our area in order to effectively proceed with manufacturing and filling process.

My duties consisted of manufacturing bulk drug substance, which was to later be filled into vials in an aseptic environment. This position provided me with many challenges to grow from, due to the constantly changing regulations in the pharmaceutical industry. The safety, and cleanliness of the drug substance we delivered to our customers was the highest priority among me and my colleagues. This position allowed me to develop my teamwork skills, as me and my colleagues depended upon one another to provide an exceptional experience to our customers.
