Heading a new initiative within Pathlight to provide and internal Operations Centers with an expedited resolution path.

HPA is a private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) headquartered in Chicago that operates in 49 metro markets nationwide. HPA has purchased over 16,000 single-family homes with a total investment of $5B. As a member of senior leadership in a start-up environment, I have had several major responsibilities:o New Product Development: Successfully launched a new lease-purchase product for lower-income households. Over a two-year period, I served as project manager for all aspects for product development including capital, technology, data analytics, property management, accounting, legal, marketing and external partnerships.o Market Expansion: I was responsible for opening over 20 metro markets for HPA including building partner relationships, and training thousands of real estate agencies and agents. o Resident Support Initiatives: Worked with all HPA departments and external partners to create powerful financial wellness and mortgage finance programs for our residents.

RCDF is a new mission-based organization dedicated to building a new bridge to homeownership for moderate income households. Mr. Goldsmith's partners at RCDF are Howard and Donna Smith at Smith NMTC and Brian Meltzer a founding partner at MPS Law.

MPS was founded by Mercy Housing as its primary national response to the foreclosure crisis. MPS has four major business units: Chicago NSP Program Manager, Community / Developer Central, Developer Services and the Mortgage Resolution Fund.

TCB-Midwest is responsible for managing the development and operations of TCB's midwest portfolio including large scale mixed-income developments in Chicago, Cincinnati, Akron, Louisville and East Chicago, Indiana.

New Cities was the development arm of the South Suburban Action Conference. New Cities developed over 1,100 units of single-family purchase-rehab, multi-family, and senior 202 housing.

First experience doing organizing under the mentorship of Kathleen O'Toole, Steve Honeyman, Tom Gaudette and Cindy Holler.

Three years with the Sixth Fleet (Adm. Train and Turner) on the USS Little Rock, USS Antelope; and USS Albany and two years stationed in Keflavik, Iceland (in the same hanger as my dad some 30 years later).
