The management trainee program is an accelerated leadership and development program that features multiple rotations in different roles and in different cities. Highlighted below are some of my accomplishments while working for Toromont Cat:• Shop supervisor: Managing 12 technicians between 2 cost centers with different dynamics; overseeing WIP and improving invoice cycles through lead measures.• Warehouse supervisor: Streamlining orders in a timely fashion through 40+ employees in a unionized environment. Training the incoming supervisor. Creating a program in coordination with the warehouse manager for all future management trainees. • Customer experience consultant: Improving key customer interactions for multiple departments in consultation with all regions to highlight best practices. • Process optimization consultant: Increasing cash flow and reducing invoicing cycle by mapping out a core return process and a rebuild process.• Branch result consultant: Creating an expense tracking program/dashboard on excel by department. Analysis of region sales and sales rep performance. Improvement of CX by establishing a process for all branches to use as reference.

Manage the Facebook Page, viewings and applications. Contractor relation upkeep.

Office work (inventory, MSDS sheet update, administrative assistance) as well as field work with biologists and other field workers. Attended quarterly meetings. Help Student Youth Rangers group with tasks and lead for a day.

Rotating shifts, different tasks. Maintain production while considering personal and group safety. Train other students who require assistance.

Started as a dishwasher and ascended to manager through various positions: pizza and salad section, assistant chef, chef, kitchen nighttime manager and finally manager. Deliver a great customer experience and live up to a high standard of customer care.
