The account management team is responsible for client management on separately managed accounts and pooled fund clients. The role requires working closely with Sales and Relationship management on strategic initiates to grow the business with clients and prospects. We work with the product team on client on boarding and documentation, ensuring all client queries and requests for information on our products are addresses promptly.

Greater Chicago Area

I had daily oversight responsibility of a team of eight Service Representatives servicing over two hundred investment managers. I act as the first escalation point for investment manager clients and partners for any custody service delivery issues or concerns. I am responsible for ensuring the team understands investment manager expectations and delivers complete client satisfaction. I also run calls with our more high profile managers to identify and work on key issues and projects they have.

Singapore

I worked in a client service team managing the daily operational relationship for Northern Trust’s Australian and New Zealand clients; including Institutional Investors, Pension Funds and Investment Managers. I was the primary point of contact for my clients and was responsible for providing detailed resolutions to any issues they have, as well as proactively monitoring and analyzing trends to enhance the relationship.

I was the primary point of contact for three high revenue clients and the senior escalation point for a team of seven. I was responsible for ownership of all the clients custody related issues as well as working with the investment operations team, fund administration, fund accounting and transfer agency teams. I had ultimate responsibility for the client service of day-to-day fund operations. The role requires knowledge of all applicable product disciplines i.e. Securities Lending, Cash Funds, FX’s and Money Market Deals.
