As Sales Manager I am currently responsible for the management of an inbound/outbound telesales call Centre, with a daily focus on securing direct sales appointments for a field sales team of 50-55 agents. Supervising the daily operations of the call centre and directly responsible for the morale and welfare of 50-60 FTE. Setting, monitoring and managing the performance of 4 teams wishing the call centre, ensuring adherence to multiple KPI’s and performance standards.Development of team leaders through highlighting coaching and training needs, to enable them to achieve targets and quality standards.Planning and managing call centre headcount in relation to field appointment requests, ensuring adherence to allocated call centre budget.Responsible for recruitment decisions in the call centre and maintaining staff levels. Compiling monthly reports for the board of directors and presenting plans/ideas to ensure sales targets are met. Attendance of senior management meetings and presenting call centre performance to all departments within the business.Sourcing and management of data as well as relationships with providers, ensuring purchases are profitable and performing at the correct levels. Remaining up to date with guidelines and legislation relating to business practices, including OFCOM, GDPR and TSI.
