I always thrive under the challenge that comes with a new role and new experiences and use theopportunities afforded to me to bring innovation and a different way of thinking to the company andteam I work for. I never believe there is an end goal for my personal development. Whenever anopportunity presents itself that I believe can propel me in my career I always want to try for it and willnot flinch if it is not afforded to me and continue to maintain my high work output. While I amexceptionally productive during my independent projects, I pride myself on having very high standardsof interpersonal skills and cooperative working. I don’t judge others based on their job title or theirstatus, I see them for their work ethic and their skills. This has also meant I have been involved inmeetings with much more senior individuals at the companies I work for but I do not hesitate toengage in a progressive conversation, regardless of position. I am also never one to turn down newlearning experiences, training and tasks. I pick things up efficiently and always ask questions to clarifya task and ensure I can be left to work on it with confidence from my managers. I believe that with enough hard work and willingness to learn my potential is boundless.
