Taugh Combat Marksmenship Coachs Course Five classes each year with 24 students and Combat Marksmenship Trainer Course two classes each year with 15-24 students. Also ran annual rifle and pistol ranges 12 each year with 130 marines to 70 marines at one time.

Plan and supervise Marksmanship Training Unit instruction in accordance with Course Instructions, Company SOP’s, and Training and Readiness Standards in a safe, professional, and productive learning environment. - Develop and mentor Marines by ensuring annual training requirements are fulfilled and counselings are conducted in order correct deficiencies and reinforce strengths.- Maintain instructor training jackets in order to track counseling, record qualifications, and document accomplishments.- Maintain instructor qualifications in accordance with TECOM and Company SOP's; review material to maintain proficiency as a subject matter expert.- Serve as RSO ensuring safe and realistic training in accordance with Course Instructions, Company SOP’s and the appropriate Marine Corps Orders.- Serve as Line SNCO, directly supervising the training and evaluation of marksmanship in accordance with Course Instructions and Marine Corps Order 3574.2_ - Perform additional duties and tasks as required in support of MCSFTCo missions.

-Teach, lead, train and motivate a platoon of Marines IAW individual training standards,platoon and company standard operating procedures (SOPs)-Plan, coordinate, and supervise organic weapon systems within the platoon, ensuring thatMarines are proficient in conventional and unconventional Ops IAW company SOPs.-Supervise the maintenance and care of the platoon's weapons and equipment includingcommunication equipment, and maintenance/upkeep of the platoon's vehicles.-Develop and execute a thorough, progressive platoon training plan that will prepare theMarines of the platoon for the upcoming deployment.-Ensure the health and welfare of the Marines assigned to the platoon.-Conduct daily evaluations and improvements of the platoon's performance throughProfessional Military Education program, team, squad and platoon level training.-Act as a moral compass while instilling the tenants of core values, identify personnelissues and pursue their resolution.-Demonstrate and foster military discipline and esprit-De-corps within the platoon.

Ensured that all Marines under me had all proper training before going to combat. Also i was accountable for over 35,000 dollars worth of gear at ant giving time and while in Afganistan i was in charge of all squad operations i.e. post rotations, patrolls and talking to key personnal in the area.
