Manage all aspects related to the Department of IT for Auxiliary Services at the University of Georgia. This includes the following units. Dining Services, Transportation, Parking Services, Bulldog Bucks, UGA Golf course, UGA Booke Store, Vending Services, One Stop Shop, and Auxiliary Administrative services. • Manage overall IT day-to-day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance, and end user satisfaction;• Provide leadership in planning and managing computer operations, and production support systems including Database administration, network operations, PC/Desktop support, and customer services;• Manage IT resource requirements to ensure the appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands;• Implement IT continuous improvement programs for increased service effectiveness and efficiency;• Overall responsibility for departmental decisions and management for shared services, collaborative services, and enterprise services;• Provide technology leadership to Division Managers to enable the provision of cost effective, secure, and high quality enterprise and infrastructure services to agencies.• Lead the planning, assessment, management, and development of enterprise emerging technologies.• Provide technology consulting and expertise with all significant IT Projects during procurement and inception phases to identify potential solutions, best practices, and patterns for delivery and architecture adherenceCo-Chair of the University One Card committee. Manage all aspects related to the Department of IT for Auxiliary Services and the Campus Card Operations at the University of Georgia. This position was a promotion within the context of reorganization and therefore responsibilities of the previous position were conserved.

Direct all aspects of Campus Card Operations including ID card privileges, access infrastructures, cash register systems, and timekeeping systems. Oversee human resources and operations, IT management, fiscal planning and management, communications, customer relations, compliance management, strategic planning, departmental representation, and internal controls.Responsible for comprehensive support of all technologies utilized in the delivery of all business functions in UGA Food Services. Team provides desk-side user support, enterprise application support, enterprise data management and business intelligence reporting. Also oversees operational activities related to information security, user access administration and system administration.

Manage the office, finances, personnel, projects, building security card access, alarm management, credit/debit functions and meal plans.
