Currently into the closing months of a year being a stay at home Dad to my two year old son, George.Previoulsy working as Chief Radiology and Dental Officer (CRDO) and part of the Executive Team at Cornerstone Health. I joined the company originally as the Head of Radiology but within three months recieved a promotion to the Executive team and increased my scope to include the Dental Division. The role focused on overall management of Radiology (four) and Dental (nine) clinics, within the medical centre setting, across Australia. Clinics are based in VIC, NSW and QLD. My strengths are in general and operations management which is owing to my diverse background and experience. My nine years as a clinical professional in Oncology, combined with two years structured management training and over five years as a senior health manager, has given me a unique exposure to healthcare and health management. With an understanding of the front line, both in England and Australia, I believe i take an appreciation of day to day healthcare into my role as an executive leader in health. I have a proven track record of delivering above budget growth whilst increasing patient satisfaction and improving staff engagement. I combine my understanding of data analytics, with my operational healthcare experience, to deliver efficiencies that result in improved margins. I'm passionate about improving healthcare both as a service and as a business. Prior to my current role, I held a Regional Operations Manager position in NSW with I-MED Radiology. I had operational control for 18 clinics across Northern Sydney, Inner-West Sydney and the Central Coast. The role assumed full P&L (>$100m revenue) responsibility and had over 400 staff. I delivered year on year growth, an increase in staff satisfaction, along with navigating a front line healthcare service through the COVID pandemic.
