Deploy Honeywell Corp Standard Digitization projects for data collection globally. Working to standardize automation and digitization to make the system cheaper and scale faster for rapid deployment after initial design and implementation in pilot factories. Part of the Smart Factory COE working to align CORP and SBG ISC digitization teams on digital strategy and common goals, drive digital and automation strategy, prioritize, establish, and drive projects with common goals.

• Coordinated and implemented machine geometry and calibration to ISO and OEM standards.• Improved efficiency of preventative maintenance system to allow an already lean maintenance group to perform better.• Developed and trained operators on a TPM system new to the facility projected to reduce maintenance staffing by 30% over 3 years.• Created AUTOCAD drawings for local job shops to decrease repair downtime rather than purchase parts from Europe.• Worked with OEM, suppliers, and machine tool experts around the world to fix and improve upon machine problems in some cases reducing a machine’s downtime by 20%.• Administered cost and risk analysis of OEM machine’s Spare parts to reduce downtime and lower repair costs. • Created an efficient PM and TPM tracking system.• Scheduled preventative maintenance on 18 Key machines most of which are the largest of their kind in the world. • Led an effort to bring machine calibration in house, projected to save $60,000-$80,000 annually in 3rd party costs.
