We design and create personalised puzzle gifts - the recipient must solve the puzzles inside to reveal the identity of the sender. It's a right old laugh!

I was responsible for a range of programs from scoping tech improvements, procedure development at a city and global level, provider sourcing, productivity monitoring and strategic planning. More specifically, I boosted frontline efficiency by implementing a remote key storage system, reduced courier spend through a strategic partnership and improved usage monitoring, maximised driver productivity with additional capacity planning tools and improved issue reporting with a revised tech flow. Before taking my current role, I worked through the summers managing the pricing and online profile of a portfolio of 120 homes, yielding up to £150 000 a month rental income.

For 4 years, I played professional basketball in the UK and Spain. I’ve played for Leeds Force, Óbila Club de Basket and most recently Glasgow Rocks. In addition to the obvious training demands, I represented each club in newspaper and radio interviews, at sponsorship events and at autograph signings.
