Framework- Manage 1-1 and 1-many training sessions for new/onboarding and senior global resources.- Support global teams and manage/set expectations for framework resources.- Serve as tier 2 escalation resources for high touch client with systemic failures. Operations and Market Data- Partner with top clients to assist in establishing API connectivity with Eze's platform. - Diagnose and troubleshoot networking errors to maintain active data interfaces. - Translate client needs into technical solutions fit for Eze's infrastructure and client workflow.

- Implement and support Eze's software suite on client servers or cloud based infrastructure, including some of the world largest hedge funds and traditional asset managers. - Coordinate and execute software upgrades and simulated disaster recovery testing for top clients outside of active US market hours (could exceed 10+ hours).- Assist with the migration of framework responsibilities to newly formed international team (Hyderabad, India).

- Serve as tasting room manager handling all incoming customers needs and hosting tastings or other events while representing the brand and product to generate sales. - Develop positive relationships with industry professionals and recurring customers to drive brand recognition.
