William is the Vice President of Finance & Accounting, serving as the Global Controller at CAIRE Inc., a leading global oxygen supply manufacturer with a broad portfolio of respiratory products and services for home care, hospitals, military and key industrial applications. He is responsible for the preparation and analysis of all financial reporting, internal controls, and auditing. He also lead's the company's FP&A division and is heavily involved with financial planning & analysis as well as consolidated P&L management. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, William works closely with leadership to drive cost out and improve efficiencies and quality. He is also a key player in long term strategic planning and evaluating organic and inorganic growth opportunities. Prior to CAIRE, William worked in finance at Home Depot, with roles in operations, merchandising, and data analytics. Previously, he worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington D.C. and has significant experience consulting for private and public clients.He is an MBA and MSF degree holder from Indiana's Kelley School of Business and is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and a Project Management Professional (PMP).William lives in Kennesaw with his wife, 4 year-old son, 2 year-old daughter, and 9 year-old goldendoodle, and enjoys playing golf, boating, and traveling in his free time.
