Throughout my years of study I have learned how to adapt to many different teamwork roles. The smaller learning environments of the Universities that I chose, provided me with an environment that encouraged teamwork among groups of diverse individuals. I was able to learn how to be a team leader when needed, offer insight to different groups of innovative thinkers, and I was able to learn how to participate as a member of a team without any specific role delegated to me. I pride myself in being a very task-oriented worker and I exhibit strong organizational skills. When it comes to confrontation, I do not shy away from the matter, but instead try to resolve the issue by acting as a mediator.
