As a professional cyclist, I was contracted with a number of the UK's top UCI cycling teams racing in events all over the world. In 2017 I created Duchy Cycle Coaching with a small group of professional riders who wanted to share their knowledge with cyclists of all abilities in order to help them get faster. Since then we have remotely coached cyclists all over the world and continue to help riders exceed their goals. All our coaches are current or ex professional riders. All our training plans are intricately tailored around each clients' unique physiology, availability and goals.
