I am working as a Recruitment and Talent Advisor at Hollywood Bowl Group. My role involves looking after the full candidate journey from CV screening to organising final interviews. Whilst my role majority involves Assistant manager and Deputy Manager recruitment I have also supported with other support centre roles. I was introduced to the world of recruitment through the secondment I completed as a Talent Coordinator at Hollywood Bowl. I was tasked with supporting the Graduate recruitment for the next intake of Graduate Managers in Training. This involved over 300 telephone interviews, hosting 4 assessment days and stream lining of the process. I first joined Hollywood Bowl as a Graduate Manager in training based in our O2 centre. Whilst there I took part in a range of activities and workshops. This includes inducting team members, managing the site and leading on key projects to achieve our KPIs.
