Since graduating from college, I found my passion in the business operations and intelligence areas of healthcare coverage. By digging for deeper data insights and innovational processes, I believe any organization can create a holistic experience for both their Members/Providers as well as their associates. Through my work as an analyst with health insurance corporations like AmeriHealth Caritas, I was able to develop the many tools needed to be a successful business and data analyst in today's modern healthcare ops models. Operations is the foundation in which successful businesses stand therefore it is my mission to continue my work in health insurance to help contribute to a brighter future. Throughout my career, I've been the lead business analyst in multiple new managed care organization launches such as AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio and AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina. Through these implementations, I was focused on business process documentation and solutions that were provided to both internal leadership and state Medicaid departments. I have also focused heavily on data analytics and database management in order to display operational trends, KPIs, and issues. I am experienced in multiple programming languages like SQL, Python, Javascript, and NoSQL as well as the visualization/intelligence tools Power BI and Tableau. I am proud to include that I was the lead business stakeholder in ACFC's Salesforce HEAL development which introduced a next-level CRM into the Contact Center to create the best Member and Provider experience possible. Through this agile development process, I was responsible for many different areas including user story construction, report development, system documentation, meetings with offshore developers, and UAT.Being an analyst in Operations can bring almost anything to your desk so having the key skills of project management, data analysis, reporting, clear communication, and application development have been essential in supporting my mission stated above.
