PID controller functional development & calibration.

- Test plan design and implementation (vehicle, chassis dyno and engine dyno)- Specification and development of new software features.- Troubleshooting and validation of new code/features.- Software functionality testing using HIL rigs.- Fuel economy testing and highway drive cycle development.- Component serviceability testing and certification. Responsible for testing selected warranty return components (ECUs and throttle bodies).- Instrumentation specification, purchase and calibration.

Duties: - Administration of plant’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (Maximo)- Reports were generated weekly to show performance of the maintenance department. - Recorded data as KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Overdue Preventative Maintenance Tasks).- Commissioned and managed installation of a P.A. System for the site (£12,000 project).- Equipment validation procedures were written and conducted.- Calibration procedures for equipment were revised.- Reviewed the site calibration system and changes were made to address gaps in procedure.- Organised external contractors to complete calibrations, electrical installations and equipment servicing/repair.- Managed installation of energy meters for the site.
