During my career start on the Help Desk I had ample responsibilities and quickly gained exposure to a wide variety of different IT products/processes/capabilities/etc. My main role was working in a fast-paced call queue where I was tasked with troubleshooting a myriad of application/account/hardware issues with a 75%+ fist call resolution rate. When I wasn't on the phones I was managing different user and hardware accounts via on-prem & Azure Active Directory and the various ancillary systems that tied back to the main network account. I also helped to support our Exchange/Office 365 environment by creating and maintaining email groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, SharePoint/Teams sites and team calendars.Once our organization switched to ServiceNow I changed roles to become our sole ServiceNow Developer responsible for the ITSM suite. Over time we added various other products available within the platform which gets me to where I'm at today. ServiceNow at my organization is rapidly becoming an enterprise tool so I am often in meetings with different stakeholders to discuss ServiceNow's capabilities and features.
