We’ll consider their comfort level with technology to ensure everything is helpful and not overwhelming.3. A Personalized Plan: Once we understand their needs, we’ll create a customized proposal outlining the services we can provide. This might include simplifying devices, setting up smart home features, or things like making it easy for them to listen to music they enjoy by simply asking for it.4. Getting Started: If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a visit to your home to provide the needed service and/or install any necessary technology, and provide clear, step-by-step training.5.
