The first products are Barmah hats from Australia.• Helped an electrical installer company to expand and move towards installing the smart home and other modern solutions. Interesting to use my knowledge and experience from the telecom business on something completely different.• Currently helping a major telecom operator to implement a new way of working for product information in all sales channels by installing a PIM (Product Information Management) system. Interesting, as the main challenge isn´t the new IT-system but how to best utilize its functions in an environment with many old and new IT-system and a resistance for change.
