I am responsible for the roll out and embedding of the FCA Model Risk Management framework including working across the FCA in multi-disciplined teams to ensure best practices are followed through the model development lifecycle to reduce risk to the organisation.Devised an end-to-end 2LOD validation approach to assure high risk models.Led reviews of high-risk models from across the FCA, validating accuracy and reliability of models, identifying risks, recommendations, and remedial actions to mitigate FCA Own Risk.

I am responsible for the design and embedding of the division's data strategy, in line with the risk appetite/framework to ensure the FCA delivers the flexible firm portfolio strategy and achieves its statutory objectives.

As a division newly-formed in April 2014 I supported the development, communication and roll-out of the data strategy and supporting reporting products for the division.Developed and refined reporting packs, dashboards and self-service tools utilising SQL,, VBA, Salesforce and BI Cognos to deliver actionable MI with meaningful insightData modeling encompassing operational forecasting, resource planning and performance management tools allowing effective decisions to be made.Supporting the integration of metrics and other performance statistics into the FCA annual report and other externally published documents / data bulletins.

I support the Sales Program Director in the execution of Accenture’s sales program strategy and projects. This includes the delivery of sales analytics and proposal/bid management across multiple accounts.I organize and manage sales pursuits from planning to closure in accordance with the Accenture High Performance Selling Approach. This includes creating compelling proposals that communicate the value propositions and comply with client requirements; the facilitating of internal approval processes; identifying any required compliance activities based on the opportunity requirements; and maintaining all relevant data and documentation for use in the submission.

Responsible for managing Accenture's internal sales operations and processes. Including: new business discussions, operational reviews and analysing the sales performance and business development pipeline for both UKI and Nordic service groups.

Resource management - analysed staffing shortages, available time and client needs, creating action plans to ensure optimum capacity was utilised to meet client requirements.
