With nearly ten years experience in IT Service Desk Support, I have a passion for people, developing relationships, and finding solutions. I deliver an excellent end user experience, and I am frequently called upon to resolve complex issues and to mentor junior members of the team. I am the in house expert for BigHand and printing (including PaperCut and the management of print servers), and have specialist knowledge in group policy management and telephony systems (Mitel, Avaya). On a day to day basis, I deliver BAU support (MS applications, Office 365, in house case management system, SRSS reporting, Active Directory), and project-specific support, which has recently included the migration of users to Terminal Server 2019. I have an interest in Cybersecurity, spending time studying Cybersecurity Fundamentals with a view to completing CompTIA Security+. My ambition is to complete ISACA CSX-P. I am confident, capable and committed, and like to be challenged.
