Facility Design and Permit Coordinator: Provide design leadership and direction in the upfitting and renovations to approximately 332 Agency retail facilities and 7 Regional Offices; Coordinate and document all aspects of facility design and installation from the point of site selection to being ready to open for business; Ensure all lease conditions and requirements are met. This requires working with property owners and their designees, architects/engineers, producing plans using AutoCAD, editing supplied architectural plans, performing site visits and inspections, procuring appropriate permits and Certificate of Occupancy, scheduling outside vendors for flooring, signage, electrical work, etc., as well as producing schedules for internal employees of the Agency; Ordering and maintaining necessary supplies/materials on hand; Processing invoices for payment; Supervise seven employees

We are currently concentrating on wholesaling properties, followed by rehabbing and then moving into SFR and multi-family rentals
