I graduated from UAB with my bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. I have 4 years of experience in IT and engineering from high school. I was involved in a few organizations with UAB, such as IEEE and SEED. I've done over 400 hours of community service in my 4 years in high school and over 100 hours as a college student. I've done two years of CO-OP rotations with Southern Nuclear working on a nuclear plant and in their corporate headquarters. I worked with I&C, Design, Equipment Reliability, Cyber Security, and Systems.I worked with Alabama Power as an Engineering Tech Rep with the Major Accounts marketing group. I support account and segment managers throughout Alabama to provide electrical service. I handle data management for customers, perform rate analyses to support sales and expansion opportunities for customers, prepare monthly bill estimates, send out bills to customers, and resolve any billing issues. I draft contracts for new electric services, provide a backup role for account managers during customer visits and meetings, and handle service reliability for maintenance.I’m currently working at Hargis Engineers as an Electrical Designer where I work with the Office Infrastructure and Retail group. I design electrical layouts of office buildings and retail spaces all across the country.I’m analytical, hardworking, and self-motivated with a strong technical background. I am seeking to improve and learn new and necessary skills. I work well with others, especially customers, and I am a natural leader that will always thrive to get the job done in the best possible way.
