Operational management of Rocky Flats a Nuclear Facilities which built components for Nuclear weapons. The overall responsibility for 1,000 personnel and a budget of many sources 18 million. Extensive involvement’s with Contractors for construction upgrades to the Buildings such as electrical sub-stations, control panels, RCRA storage facilities. Conduct meetings for the contractor with Colorado Department of Health, EPA and DOE agencies. For the RCRA program and the Environmental Compliance for Rocky Flats facility I started Waste Inspection program in 1984. I held a security clearance rating of Q for DOE for 15years. I facilitate the common threads of a progression that tie lesson together, also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with assessments to reach the clients skiing or riding goals. I build or remodel homes or business by building relationships with a commitment for craftsmanship and the environment.
