I live in Tucson, Arizona, where I work as the Development Associate for the University of Arizona College of Humanities. My previous position was Administrative Secretary for Arizona Public Media, supporting the Development and Underwriting offices. I am a graduate of Ohio University with a Master's degree in English with a concentration in Creative Nonfiction. I also graduated from Susquehanna University, eighth in my class and with University Honors, with a B.A. in Creative Writing. I have worked as an assistant editor for Modern Language Studies, a scholarly journal published by the Northeast Modern Language Association. I have also worked as an editorial intern at Standard & Poor's, where I copy edited summaries, full analyses, and press releases concerning the agency's rating actions. At Ohio University I was a Graduate Teaching Assistant, and I taught my own composition courses to first-year undergraduates.
