To summarize my career to date. I always approach my job from the technical side. I try to work in reverse from what the customer's end needs are and then I backward engineer this into what must be in place from a hardware, software, configuration, and design perspective. I have always used this approach and it helps me to achieve the desired results or to help drive development of the products I represent to better meet the end customer's requirements. I enjoy working in the trenches with my customers as well as with my direct colleagues and I always try to represent my company in the best possible way. I excel at international or challenging work and I love the complexities this type of work presents.

Working with my customers to help drive their hosted PBX sales efforts and design requirements was always the high point for me. Diving into a great RFP, trying to figure out how to provide the end customer's needs, and working to help my customers operate and run in a safe and secure way was always my focus. Recent projects include Cisco's incredible (BroadWorks backed) UC SaaS services as well as Webex Calling which marries the power of Cisco's Webex environment with the BroadCloud solution that came from BroadSoft. Working with my colleagues all of these years at BroadSoft and Cisco for 14 years has been a joy for me and every week has presented new challenges and new rewards. The Cisco/BroadSoft team is an incredible collection of ladies and gentlemen and I have cherished working in the trenches with them all of these years more than you can ever know. -
