A hard working and dedicated young man who will ensure that the given task is performed to a high level and within outlined timescales. I have acquired many skills through a variety of placements involving both clinical and laboratory research, creating and running my own gardening business, playing rugby to a high level and learning how to excel on a challenging university undergraduate and masters course.I have since completed my PhD in Surgery at Cambridge University working with international academic and industrial partners. I have worked on tracking stem cells and extracellular vesicles in vivo as a therapy for arthritis. I also worked with bio glasses to augment bone fracture healing. Since completing my PhD I worked with iPSC to model hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and evaluated lncRNA expression on cardiac function. I have since worked as a senior scientist within an IHC GLP laboratory.
