As a Community Support Coordinator, I was part of a team responsible for providing quality support across a wide variety of social communities. The main community monitored is Reddit, but I'm also very familiar with Twitter, the Steam forums, Android & Apple mobile reviews and the Call of Duty community forums. I also perform data analysis on emerging issues in the community, compiling reports to keep both the support team and the development team informed of major feedback trends and potentially unknown bugs.On top of that I am part of the moderation team for the Activision Aces, a volunteer support program where players are encouraged to assist other players in our community forums and chats. My duties included the following:-Vetting potential candidates for the program via social media background checks-Coaching program participants to make sure their responses are helpful and contain correct information-Creating and facilitating monthly events, such as game nights, where staff members play games with the community or contests based around meeting a certain metric (Chats taken, completion of forum missions and bounties, etc.)-Moderating and removing forum posts that breach the established code of conduct-Engaging with program participants in a warm and friendly manner to foster camaraderie and build an inviting community to newcomers

As a guest advisor I interacted with customers both in-person and over the phone, providing accurate purchase recommendations through genuine and friendly dialogue. I also troubleshooted software and hardware issues, as well as working to provide positive solutions for dissatisfied customers. While not speaking with customers, I worked independently to sort and tidy shelves to keep the store presentable and appealing to prospective customers.
