Current•Develops and implements action-oriented plans and recruitment strategies addressing affirmative action placement goals, including specialized initiatives for individuals with disabilities and veterans.•Interprets and advises others on compliant processes or policies related to 41 CFR 60, VEVRAA, and/or Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act.•Analyzes and interprets diversity data for adverse impact, availability, utilization, and equity studies.•Coaches and advises hiring officials as well as HR business partners and recruiters on inclusion initiatives, diversity in hiring opportunities, compliance issues, affirmative action placement goals, and related strategies.•Collaborates with a third party vendor to develop EEO reports, identify areas of underutilization and respond to potential OFCCP desk audits and/or EEO inquiries.•Provides guidance and coaching to senior managers and executives on principles and issues related to diversity, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and building a more inclusive work place.•Designs, implements, and maintains institutional strategic initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, EEO, and affirmative action.•Oversees the administration of the reasonable accommodations program, provides guidance to human resource business partners and managers.•Develops and implements diversity and inclusion goals and strategies for the institution in collaboration withsenior managers and other HR professionals.•Develops and facilitates training related to diversity and inclusion to build a more inclusive culture.•Oversees and partners with employee resource, affinity, and diversity working groups to define and implement strategies and to remove barriers to their success.•Develops and maintains working relationships with community leaders to promote diversity in hiring practices, including the identification and implementation of existing diversity in STEM pipeline programs.
