Throughout my career as a student and employee at multiple establishments I have learned quite a bit. Every person must be treated and dealt with in a way that is catered to their needs and wants, this is the only way to optimize success. This is a philosophy I tend to live by and will bring into any work place I get the opportunity to call mine.
