In conjunction with these activites, providing valued plant leadership in all areas is required, especially as back up in the absence of the Director of Operations.

Overseeing engineering and maintenance activities for Harmony Fodds' Santa Cruz, CA and Fishers, IN facilities, including relevant budgets and facilities management. Provide support for safety, environmental compliance, and customer required sanitation programs. Managed capital asset transfers through corporate acquisitions and plant shutdowns as well as building expansions.

Responsible for all engineering, maintenance, sanitation, and purchasing activities in a unionized facility. Budgeted and managed capital projects, computerized maintenance management system, raw materials, and spare parts inventory.
