More than two years providing exceptional contract staff support to the HQDA G-2 Plans and Integration Directorate resulting in significant improvements and modernization within Military Intelligence force structure. Provided expert intelligence input to force design, manning, equipping and development of doctrine for newly created Security Force Assistance formations supporting contemporary Warfighting Commands with tailored and scalable forces to meet unique requirements. Participates in Department of the Army level working groups and forums pertaining to Military Intelligence topics providing key perspectives of the enlisted force to ensure quality planning and staff products to satisfy multiple Army Chief of Staff priorities. Analyzes Military Intelligence organizations advising force structure updates of personnel and capabilities to ensure continued relevance. Guides home station Military Intelligence and security training through the Foundry Program ensuring Military Intelligence professionals remain engaged in mission activities to enhance Army readiness. Established and facilitates a forum for Army Service Component Command, Corps and Division G2 Sergeants Major to discuss key and emerging topics sharing experience and providing mentorship among senior Military Intelligence Noncommissioned Officers. Served for over three months as the DCS G-2 Sergeant Major advising the Army DCS G-2 primary staff General Officer on all matters pertaining to enlisted members of the Military Intelligence Corps.

Command Sergeant Major and Commandant of the Military Intelligence Corps NCO Academy directing courseware development, instructor certification and execution of 10 professional development courses training more than 1500 NCOs annually. Advised the Military Intelligence Corps Commanding General and Command Sergeant Major on all matters pertaining to NCO professional development. Maintained and accounted for more than $6M in facilities and equipment with no loss or damage. Briefed the Military Intelligence Corps Commanding General quarterly on all aspects of the NCO Academy to include training, readiness and professional development of all cadre members to include Military, DA Civilians and Contractors. Conducted numerous briefings to senior Army leaders including the Sergeant Major of the Army, the Training and Doctrine Command Sergeant Major, the Combined Arms Center Command Sergeant Major and numerous General Officers from foreign delegations on NCO Academy operations and status. Led the courseware design, development and implementation of three newly established NCO courses increasing tailored education opportunities for Military Intelligence Soldiers.

Command Sergeant Major of a Brigade Special Troops Battalion leading more than 1000 Soldiers in 56 separate Military Occupational Specialties advising the Battalion Commander on all matters relating to assignment, training, professional development, well-being and morale of enlisted Soldiers. Provided daily mentorship and professional development for six Company First Sergeants resulting in three being selected to attend the US Army Sergeants Major Academy and subsequently for promotion. Ensured the Battalion and Brigade Commander’s vision and intent were understood and executed at the individual Soldier level. Emphasized safety programs and integrated risk management into all operations resulting in all 6 Companies assigned to the Battalion earning the Division Safety Award Streamer. Planned, coordinated, rehearsed and executed regular unit training events to ensure Soldier individual skills and unit collective task proficiency directly resulting in a significant increase in Soldier and unit readiness. Regularly solved Soldier concerns and problems using direct mentorship, Soldier support systems and guidance while establishing an environment of high standards of discipline, safety and accountability reducing Soldier indiscipline across the Battalion.

Sergeant Major of the Operational Intelligence Directorate, 8th United States Army serving as a key advisor to the to the G-2 in planning and executing multi-discipline intelligence support to the 8th US Army Commander. Directed and ensured personnel utilization, training, readiness and welfare of 63 Soldiers, DA Civilians and Contractors to meet intelligence operational requirements. Integrated team and individual efforts into intelligence planning, execution and dissemination, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness of intelligence staff products.

Completed all requirements of the US Army Sergeants Major Course resulting in a superior rating in all evaluated areas to include Written Communication, Oral Communication, Leadership, Contribution to Group Work and Research Ability while fully supporting fellow students to achieve course standards. Completed all requirements of the US Army Battle Staff Non-commissioned Officer Course mastering skills in staff coordination and duties of various staff sections at the Brigade and Battalion levels.
